The automation system provides:
- the ability to set and maintain temperature conditions in the propagator, sterilizer and yeast storage tank;
- control and regulation of product temperature in each of the control zones;
- control of the refrigerant flow, for each of the regulated zones, in order to maintain the required temperature of the product in each of the zones and taking into account the inertia of the process;
- management of the process of propagation and sterilization according to the technical process provided by the technologist;
- visual control of temperatures for each regulated value in containers with an accuracy of 0.1 degrees.
- the system is scalable - it is possible to increase the number of control loops without changing the configuration (by including additional sensors with current or voltage output in the system).

Automation system provides
-Temperature regime in three CCT (Cylinder Conical Tanks) for process fermentation and maturation of beer
-Control and regulation of the temperature of the product for each of the three zones of each CCT
-Control the flow of refrigerant to each of three CCT zones to maintain the required temperature of product in each of zones, taking into account the inertia of the process
-Visual inspection of upper pressure in CCT to within 0.01 bar (digital display)
-Monitoring level of product in CCT when filling the container
-Prevent hydro-strike when filling, system features a shut-off solenoid valve in the supply line for each product tank

Automation cabinet is designed
for efficient control of drying biomass in the granulation line.
Technological scheme is shown in figure below.
The cabinet ensures operation of the line in "manual" and "automatic" modes.
In automatic mode - controlled from the granulator control cabinet.
In "manual" mode - all loads are switched on independently of each other.
Cabinet provides processing of emergency situations of the line, light and sound signaling in case of an emergency.
